any one using the nutrition plan?

im not sure if i understand this book. please help to explain

im assuming the foods listed in the weekly chart and the foods listed on each approach page are just suggestions.

nothing much sounds appetizing to me in the book either

    I don't follow it I just eat as clean as possible. I believe they are just suggestions like you stated.

    I followed the nutrition guide to the T, minus one cheat meal a week, for about the first 9-10 weeks. The last couple of weeks slacked a bit, but I will be going back into roughly the same pace I started when I start my second round. I will tell you this though: I have seen INCREDIBLE results following the program and nutrition. My strength, endurance, physique and body fat % are all at levels I have not ever had before.
