Hey im no Genuis, but I have been working out consistently for a week and i have changed most of my eating habits. I have witnessed the progress. So why is it that we end up in this circle of weight loss? Is it really mind over matter or is it a maturity thing? Im curious to know what you guys think. Let me know.........

    I really do think it is mind of matter. I have always started diets, but I have never lasted over a week. I have been at it for 1 month now, and the main difference is Myfitnesspal. I'm also trying to change my perspective, not thinking of this change in my life as a diet, but more as a lifestyle. I hope that I never go back to my old eating habits. I like this program, because really, I can eat whatever I want, I just need to portion control, or "earn" calories by working out.
