What day should this be??

OK, I have a problem. I am not sure if I should count today as day 6 because I have done the video 6 times..... or as day 2 because I have just recommitted to doing it everyday in a row, except Sundays.
Please let me know your thoughts on this!!

I would count it as 6. A lot of people take break days.0

Okay so not to harp on the subject but if you are doing it as: 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, 1 day rest -- if you've only done the tape 4 times are you on day 4, or are you on day 10 (which counts in the cardio day & the rest day)?
I'm only counting the days I actually do the tape, which means I'm only on day 5.0 -
I am only counting days that I do the video. I want to start over for just consistent days. Is that crazy?0

I would say only count the days that you do the actual workout. My schedule is:
Mon: 30 DS
Tues: 30 DS
Wed: Cardio
Thurs: 30 DS
Fri: 30 DS
Sat: Cardio
Sun: Rest
I started on Monday, so technically, I am on Day 2: Level 1. Tomorrow, I will be on Day 3: Level 1. I plan to stay on this track until I reach Day 10: Level 1. Then I will begin Day 11: Level 2. In the end, it will take me 51 days to complete 30 DS given the cardio and rest days. Hope this helps!0 -
