If you have friend, cousins, nephews, nieces, etc in the Birmingham metro area I will be starting two new fit clubs. One will be on the campus of UAB, the other at my church in Bessemer. One kicks off April 14. The other May 5. Please tell them my user name; tell them they can inbox me etc. It is free of charge. They occur once a week. It will be focused on giving people the chance to try Insanity, P90X, P90, Turbojam, Rockin Body, TurboFire, and P90X2 before they buy. And to keep them inspired and on track once they do start. Having a group of about 4 to 5 accountability partners can be the difference in losing it and not losing it. Thanks for passing the word!!!
