    Gee, it has been awhile since I have logged on. I go for a weigh in today and have not lost any more weight :indifferent: but with that said I have not gained any! Time to get serious again. Summer company is gone. Meals will be more streamlined. Exercise back to a daily basis.

    Sounds like you have a positive approach to get started again....good luck! I'm in the same boat but unfortunately, i gained but am back with motivation and determination.......we can do this!:smile:

    I am trying.....got back into it and then lifted something the wrong way so I have not been able to work out.:frown: I am going to try today and see how it goes.
