Hi!
has anyone tried this? i've signed up to 10 sessions of bikram yoga via groupon. i've fancied trying it for a while at this particular yoga studio so £29 for 10 sessions seemed like a total steal!
I'm just not sure what to expect, i've done yoga before and love Body Balance. just looking for a few opinions.
