    Thanks for posting this - I bought the camelbak Charm 50z - and I love it! Unlike my husband's camelback, this one is small - and it doesn't move at all when I run.
    And I never would've ever thought of trying a camelback again, if it weren't for this thread. So thank you!

    You're welcome! I'm still having a love-fest with mine.....took it out for a 22 mile run yesterday and it was just great!

    I run with a 50oz HydroBak (for biking) for water AND my Amphipod belt w/ 2x 10.5 oz bottles, a gel bottle, a snack bucket, & iPhone holder. I call it my bat belt. ;-)

    Having the water in the CamelBak has been great to free me up to be creative with my belt. Also I went on an 18 mile run on a hot day and the 21oz of water capacity on the belt had me asking a nice gardener to refill from his hose....

    I make my own 'Gatorade' solution for the Amphipod bottles made up of maple syrup, potassium chloride, and Real sea salt. I make my own pastes for the gel bottle:
