Hey Everyone,

I don't talk about this often, but I was diagnosed with bipolar and social anxiety about 5 years ago, but have struggled with mental health most my life. When I was seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist 5 years ago I did a trail and error of medication and it was the worst few months of my life. So I decide to manage it myself, because it wasn't bad enough to put up with that. The ups and downs are hard, but I manageable and not as bad as they used to be. I often start eating healthy and exercise in attempt to better manage things, but fall of the wagon during a particularly bad down. Part of what help me is just being able to recognize where am and really think about that with each decision. This time is different because I have started during a down, I am really proud of myself and how I've been able to push myself to move even though I am sooo tired. The hardest part for me is getting out of bed in the morning. I would love to wake up early and exercise, but I can barely manage to talk myself up in time to get to work 10 minutes late. It's just good I'm salary and my schedule is flexible. Thank you, It's nice to talk about it once in awhile.

    Hello!
I struggle primarily with social anxiety and depression, and possible bipolar (I simply haven't pursued it). So I can relate, particularly with the whole getting out of bed thing. This week it's been harder and harder for me to do anything!

Feel free to add me. Plus this is a fabulous group! :)
