I missed some days so i am still on day8 :(
but i havnt loss any weight yet...

should I add some cardio?

    You may be losing inches. I hope you measured when you started. It was a real boost that I figured out I had lost several inches the first week. I actually planned on not losing extra weight during this time since my goal was to gain muscle. I don't actually care what I weigh if I'm getting smaller.

    If you feel like you want to do some cardio I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.

    If you have the time, I would say add cardio. I do cardio twice a week, and it helps with the lower portion of my body.
