Really just trying to get more fit and maintain my weight -- so my goals are set to half a pound a week! My April 30 GW is really just to see the scale not go UP during the process of increasing my calories and running more. I tend to overeat when I start up my half marathon trainingLast year I gained 8 pounds and that needs to NOT happen again.

Ok you are all on the spreadsheet now. This has got a much better reaction than I expected, only thought about 5 people would join. Anyway, if this months challenge is a success i'll definitely do another for May. Please leave any suggestions for the next one. A few ladies have requested to include NSV e.g. inch loss.I want it to be this time next week already!!! Excited to weigh in!
I know i'm excited too! We have a weight loss goal of 143pounds between 19 people. And Tubbs has a weight gain goal of 3.4pounds.

It's funny how people gain due to all the Christmas goodies, then there is valentines, then easter, then cookouts. then thanksgiving.... its a never ending cycle!0

If I know i've got a big meal coming up i'll hit the gym big time and eat as little cals during the day as possible. This means I can fully indulge later on. I'm also calorie cycling atm, this also allows me to save calories/have a cheat day0
