Hi Dan, Thanks for adding me to the group but I don't think it is fair to join. I have had a gastric bypass so my stomach capacity is very small, I have malabsorption and no hunger so I am at an advantage to any other member. Good luck to everyone though. I would like to add my neice, she is working very hard to get to a heathy weight through diet and exercise alone.
