Hi, I also use the ARC when injured or weather is super bad - I find the mileage equivalent in effort to running (when you go 'fast' on the ARC) and I count that mileage as running mileage. Well, actually, I think that the ARC makes a conservative estimate of mileage compared to running on a flat surface...0 -

I got 4 miles in on the Hotel's treadmill. Felt good. to keep things interesting I did fartlek - warmup/fast/slow/fast/slow/fast/cooldown (the slow was at 10-11 minute pace, and the fast segments varied between 6:40/mi to a 8:00/mi pace).0
