What you eat prior to the start is very important and trying to eat back a good chunk of those burned calories is essential IMO in having the energy to complete this challenge.

Hydrate hydrate hydrate!!!!!! I can't emphasize how important that should be. I think I drank 19 glasses of water on day one when I did this challenge.
