Hi, all I just joined this group. I am Rick and I live in Jacksonville. I have set a goal for myself of 92 pounds. I have a long way to go and am off to a slow start. Advice or encouragement gladly accepted.

    Hey Red! Glad you're here. A slow start is still better than not trying at all. For me, logging food as soon as I eat it or even right before is the key. That has stopped me from making bad decisions and helps in planning. I don't know your exercise situation, but a little is better than nothing. Baby steps. I know you'll do well! Good luck to us all

    Yeah, I have thought about logging my food before I eat so I will know what I am taking in.
  • I actually do that when I can. Helps me see how portions affect my daily total.
