I'm getting back to more activity after my catheter ablation and working on more lbs coming off. So my work out goals this month are walking 30 minutes 4 days a week (either with my walking buddy or use treadmill at Y), going to the Y a minimum of 2 days a week- one day for Zumba class and one day for Women With Weights class. My weight loss goal for April is to lose 5lb total.

Great goals.
I am working on just getting back on track and losing what I may have put on during my 2 weeks traveling around my hometown. I'll get on the scale tomorrow morning to assess the damage. Hope to eat under my goal today.0 -
Made it yesterday to the women with weights class again. Very tough. So today my lower body feels a little beat up ... in a good way. Had fantastic calorie burn last weekend then yesterdays burn was high too. Tomorrows a 30 minute walk day.0
