I'm getting back to more activity after my catheter ablation and working on more lbs coming off. So my work out goals this month are walking 30 minutes 4 days a week (either with my walking buddy or use treadmill at Y), going to the Y a minimum of 2 days a week- one day for Zumba class and one day for Women With Weights class. My weight loss goal for April is to lose 5lb total.

    Great goals.

    I am working on just getting back on track and losing what I may have put on during my 2 weeks traveling around my hometown. I'll get on the scale tomorrow morning to assess the damage. Hope to eat under my goal today.

    Made it yesterday to the women with weights class again. Very tough. So today my lower body feels a little beat up ... in a good way. Had fantastic calorie burn last weekend then yesterdays burn was high too. Tomorrows a 30 minute walk day.
