I thought I would post some info here for new members who might stumble upon our group.
North End Losers is a healthy living group located at Ralph Brown Community Centre on the North End of Winnipeg. We meet twice a week to work out together and do weigh-ins while being supportive and encouraging to each other. You don't have to live in the North End to join us, and if you are interested, there is contact information below!
Meetings:
Wednesday Evenings - 7 to 9pm
Sunday Mornings - 9 to 11am (weigh-ins are done on this day)
There are also opportunities to get together more often depending on your preferences and availability. We are flexible!
