SparkPeople Cardio Blast

I received this workout for free from SparkPeople.com. It's simply, SparkPeople Cardio Blast. There is the Warm Up 5m, Walk it Out 10m, 80's Aerobic Work Out 10m, Cardio Kick Boxing 10m, Hop to It 10m, Jump Rope 10m, Cardio Boot Camp 10m & Cool Down 5m = 70m! I thought I might have gotten anoyed with the instructor Nicole Nichols, but I did not! It was a good workout. Especially for free! I definately recomend it!
