April Diet

Ok. The March Diet worked great and now it's time to add another twist to the diet. In April, I'm only going to allow myself red meat once a week AND I'm going to stop adding processed sugar to my food and drinks. This is HUGE for me because I'm a big coffee drinker and I load my coffee with creamer and sugar......that's right, I'm that guy. BUT, this month I'm going to start drinking my coffee black and see what happens......

I'm drinking a cup of black coffee this morning, and it isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be LOL

    It's the last week of April and the black coffee is the way to go for me. I had my coffee with creamer and sugar a couple times over the weekend and I could feel a HUGE difference. Besides being extra hyper after I drank the coffee my old way, it was hard for me to fall asleep.

    The black coffee is great for my daily/weekly calorie count because its a 0-calorie drink. On top of that, I sleep easier at night and I actually take naps on the weekends......that hasn't happened in a long time
