Breathing a huge sigh of relief...I didn't like my weight going up last week, even if it was just water weight due to sodium. It messes with your head.0

LOL!!! IDK I just felt like I didn't want anyone I know in real life to find me on here... I guess that's weird.0 -
I'm officially back on the wagon. I got some sleeping pills from my doc along with other persciptions... I'll be interested in seeing how this plays out with things. The scale is out of whack. Each day is a different crazy number. I am not optimistic for Sunday's weigh in thanks to many Easter family meals. But I'm taking it in stride.
How are you all doing?0 -
Today is my weigh in day and I'm 160.4 so just up 0.8 from last Thursday. good since I saw much higher than that over the weekend! I'm nervous about next week's weigh in too, because of traveling and Easter. I saw the 150s for 1 day and I hope I can get back there soon.0

Biggest struggle: Fighting not to eat the junk at my son's school Easter party. Tough, but all I ate was some blueberries and strawberries off the fruit tray.
Still on track to meet my goal...0 -

Finally a loss again. Not entirely sure why. It has come after a week of no exercise. Maybe my body needed some recovery? I donno, but I'll take it!! In saying that, I don't think my challenge goal is very attainable. I've just been all over the map lately and to lose 8 lbs in 10 weeks when I haven't had any consistency will be very hard. But I'll see where things go and go from there.
Weekly Success: staying under cals, getting a couple nights of sleep
Weekly Struggle: Macros and water
This Week’s Personal Challenge: Get back into macros and exercise.0 -

A loss of .2 is still a loss. I'm not sure where I'll be come tomorrow, after a weekend of no restraint, but I'll accept it none the less. I had some really good exercise today; yoga, abdominal exercise and walking the dog with hubby, I'm hoping to carry it through the week.
I think that I will give it 2 or 3 more weeks and then re-evaluate my end of challenge goal. I need to face the reality that it might not be feasible.
I found a picture from a year ago on my computer, I've sure come a long way! I'm happy with my achievements.
Now to continue with the next phase...exercise and toning!0 -
I've lost two pounds since weigh-in day, two days ago. Yippee! Working at keeping it that way!0
