have about 100 cals worth of dark chocolate. My favourite brands are the Black and Gold's Maya orange dark chocolate. Or some of the lindt ones. 100 cals isn't much, maybe 4 squares of Black and Gold or 2 squares of lindt.
But it is pretty intense chocolate so i personally never want to eat more than that, and then that is done, i've had enough sugar.
Dark chocolate is healthy too, and has a lot less sugar in it than milk or white chocolate. In fact a recent study in the US showed that people who regularly (as in every day) ate small amounts of chocolate actually have a lower BMI than people who eat none or large amount of it.

If you don't like dark chocolate (even after trying all the different Lindt flavours, because some of them like passionfruit i would think everyone including non dark chocolate eaters would love), maybe just have some fruit instead?

Drink lots of water too. Eventually won't won't really crave as much sugar.

get some sf/ff pudding mix from ebay US. 25cals per serve. I mix it with cottage cheese or low fat yoghurt.

    Or sf jelly.

    Or protein fluff

    Or low fat ice cream.

All low in cals and can easily fit into anyones cals/macro goals.

The only thing I could suggest is to replace your refined sugar craving with a natural sugar fix. Pears are in season and I'd never thought I'd say this but they are so sweet and juicy, I'd probably eat a ripe pear over chocolate. Now that's a statement! Best of luck

Aeroplane Jelly Lite... though it's got some additives which aren't the safest, so I wouldn't go crazy on it.

Or strawberries. I find they're sugary enough to curb the cravings...

Thanks for the tips! I looove dark chocolate occasionally I have the lindt 85% cacao one or cadbury old gold but I try to not have any because it makes me want more. I find swapping refined sugars for fruit helps a lot and I ate chocolate and crap over easter and that got my chocolate cravings out of my system! im back on track now and feeling a lot better and I have come back stronger now

85% You're hardcore  I stick to the 70ish varieties.

I find the dark choc seems to blunt sugar cravings for me actually. As in, you really can't just grab a block of dark and just go to town like you can with dairy milk choc.

Good to see you're getting it under control :)

I forgot another one, frozen bananas. THey're delicious!

I've been doing clean eating and I recently read an article about this on the Tosca Reno site. Apparently, when your body craves sugar, what it really wants is fat. That's often why you often don't feel satisfied until you'v eaten half a block of chocolate, because then you've had enough fat!

I've found that opting for something with a little fat in it and some natural sugar (like a slice of cheese and some apple) will usually fix me right up without blowing out my calorie allowance :)
