Yep, let's do this daily thing right. I'll put up a topic for each day and one for the weekend.

Okay, for me, I got in 50 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. Then put in a 90 minute spin class and 15 on the treadmill after work.0

I knew Monday was going to be busy. I met a friend and her family at our local amusement park & took the kids out for the day. So I decided to be proactive and got my run in early! (I left the house for the gym at around 6:30!)...got in a 40 minute run with 5 min cool down
Then I walked around the park for 4 hours (ok..walked about 2 hours..stood in line or waited for kids for the rest of the time!)0
