This is a page for all those who love to dance their way fit. I have recently started Ceroc, and have already lost 2 inchs of my waist! So this is a space to tell our stories, tell each other the place to be, support each other and make friends. It's called Ceroc as that is the dance i do but all form welcome.

    I've only been dancing 7 weeks and can really see the difference. Will never go back to the gym Ceroc is sooo much more fun x
