hi all i need some advice on which prgramme to start Hip Hop Abs or 10 Minute Trainer?

    Depends on what you like, what you're goals are, your time commitments, etc...they are totally different programs.

    It does depend on your goals and how motivated and driven you are. Hip Hop Abs is an easier program than Ten Minute Trainer. With Ten Minute Trainer you can "stack" the programs as they become easier for you. Start with 10 min...then add a program and do 20 min...etc. I definitely felt like I got more of a work out with TMT than HHA - but what's important is find one that you like and will stick with - its an individual thing
