A very sore, sleepy Nichole... Day 2

So when I started this group, it sounded like a great idea to do two workouts, one in the morning and my normal gym routine at night.

Yesterday I just could not wake up so I did my normal 45 minute "Remix" class at the gym (various cardio and lifting) and then went home, ate dinner, and did Day 1 of Jillian Michales 30 Day Shred.

I woke up this morning at 730 to do Day 2 of 30DS and now I'm at work very, very sleepy and with sore legs. LOL

I hope I can keep this up! I might just have to do 30DS in the evening...I am SO not a morning person!

    I'm the same, I hate mornings:) yesterdays before noon work out was just an hour walk:) but whatever:) I ran 10k after lunch! It alllll counts:)

    Are you taking vitamins? a multi, iron, and b12 or b complex that helped me a ton!

    No- I do have some one a day's but I don't take them. lol. I just LOVE MY SLEEP! -__-
