Hey, invite someone to exercise with you. Yeah that is it! Just ask and if they are slower or not as in shape modify that day just for him/her. People often feel intimidated to start and don't want to do it alone or don't know where to start. We all know the first step...just getting up and lacing the shoes is the hardest! So invite someone...even if it is not for today but later this week or weekend. You may make a huge difference! :D
