I'm feeling good today. I got a nice run in at the gym, with warm up and cool down, it was 65 minutes, then I walked my dog for 10 when I got home (counting walking her as exercise for this challenge, but not logging those for mfp cardio), and did my ripped in 30 video for 30 minutes. Good exercise day in my opinion. Hope everyone else is feeling good and getting a nice workout in!
