Nice going to all of you
could I get some advice from you,
I quit smoking 2 months ago, gained 14 lbs, thought I have been eating good, exercising some.
    I'm 53 yrs, 5' 8.5" tall 204 pounds (I was 190 before quitting, my lowest was 187)
I know I can just need motivation support like a coach.

I can't believe I was 5th on the overall list when I only made the top list 2 weeks out of the 4! Congratulations everyone. We all lost a lot of weight for the month & that is AWESOME!!!

I definitely don't feel like I have a secret or a set schedule. I workout at least 6 days a week, usually for around 30-45 minutes. Most days I run a couple miles pushing my daughters in the stroller. It has gotten easier as I keep going since 4 months ago I never ran at all! On days I don't run I do Jillian Michaels' video Ripped in 30. I completed 30 day shred before this one. I'm almost finished with RI30!
I log everything I eat. I don't really consider myself on a 'diet'. I stay under or at my calories, eating back my exercise cals. I'm an icecream addict so I eat WW or skinny cow ice cream almost everynight as long as I still have the calories. By not depriving myself of anything then I don't ever feel like I'm going to lose control and binge on trigger foods! (chocolate!!) I'm so excited to be getting healthy and in shape! I'm in better shape after having 2 babies then the 5 years before them! Life is GOOD!

I have been working on these last 10 pounds for awhile now. I think a little friendly competition is what helped motivate me. That and the sheer thought of having to post a gain on that spreadsheet...lol. Thanks to all of you who participated. I think this does motivate a lot of people.
