Welcome! I expect it will take some time to find members. Please join if this group applies to you. Let us know why you joined myfitnesspal and specifically, this group! My name is Sarah. I turned 30 this year. I choose to not have children and sometimes need to socialize with others who are not talking about diapers and doctor's appointments (though I LOVE those friends too!). I want to talk about LIFE! I cycle (inside) and bicycle (outside). I just started kayaking last summer. I also practice yoga, take pole dancing classes here and there, and participate in group fitness at a nearby club. Some days/weeks I eat so healthy I impress myself! However, more often than I'd like, choosing the right foods is hard for me. Weekends!?! -and I'm such a cheater! I'm very good at justifying why I can eat pizza, coffee shop pastry, or a chewy-gooey brownie (whether it's because I'm on my period, or I'm at a party, or it's the weekend, or a "why not" attitude -it keeps me from achieving my goals! and I wonder if I can slow down the self-sabotage to LESS FREQUENT!). Therefore, I start this group for fellow 30-year-old'ers who can relate and share their thoughts/experiences! Again, Welcome! Sarah
