Im a mom of a 22 month old who is still nursing!!. More than anything he is nursing for comfort, both mine and his  hopefully he will be weaned by the end of June. Should I still add those extra 300-500 calories? I jsut strated counting my calories on Monday and since them I have been eating 1200. He nurses mostly at night and eats a well balanced diet. I really need to loose those extra pounds but I don't want to jeopardize him.
Thanks in Advance!!!!

I wouldn't bother because he isn't having the milk for his main source of nutirition...I assume he eats table food at 22 months. I don't know how you do it, at 22 months they are all over the place and talking up a storm!Im a mom of a 22 month old who is still nursing!!.
