I have a definite allergic tummy today. Ow, it's just killing me. I am so frustrated. The only thing that I had that I don't eat on a daily/weekly basis is blackberries. I've only had them a few times before, and have never shown any sensitivity to them. Now I did also have strawberries, which I can be sensitive to, but they give me mouth sores when I have too many of them, never a stomach ache. I only had three small ones and wasn't already reacting to anything else, so it shouldn't have been a problem.

Drinking lots of water and taking Tums, hoping it will pass. I suppose I should take some Benadryl, but it is already making me tired, dizzy, and headachy, and Benadryl will knock me out.

I do not have the time to be sick today!

    aww yuck!!! :(

Think they might have used a food-grade wax on the food? It's cleared to be used on organic food too- so that may be an area to look.

    Sorry you're feeling bad today!!!

Ended up with a migraine so bad that my boss sat with me for half an hour while I waited for my hubby to arrive to pick me up, and walked me out to the car to make sure I didn't pass out on the way. That has mostly passed - just a little vertigo and noise sensitivity now - and only the stomach ache remains.

I'll have to consider food additives. Not something I had really thought about.

You poor thing! Were the berries organic? Might also consider pesticides/herbicides. There's something they use these days on strawberries that gives me terrible migraines. I have to stick to the organic ones (which are hard to find!). How are you feeling today?

Stomach and head are better today. Could be pesticides. I'll make another attempt today, after washing very well! My body has been so sensitive the last few weeks.

Strawberries tend to make people have a high histamine reaction, not that you are allergic to 'em, just that they tend to do that naturally.

Food sensitivity reactions can sometimes take up to three days to display, so look at your food three days prior and through to your reaction.

I know, I'm sensitive to everything.
