Free NYC Workout Classes

So the city offers free workout classes, via a program called Shape Up NYC, at nearly all of the Rec centers (in all boroughs). I've been to a couple and they're all pretty intense (don't be fooled by the fact that they're free). Zumba is by far my favorite (the Friday class at Harlem hospital is AMAZING as well as the Monday night class at Tony Dapolito Rec Center).
I usually go to them on a weekly basis, so if anyone would like a partner to go with, please feel free to message me.

Thanks, this looks awesome! I love zumba and would definitely be down to go to the Friday classes at Harlem hospital!
