How crazy do you guys go on your cheat day?

I feel like I go overboard... Brunch: dutch babies topped with bacon and cheddar and apples with potatoes on the side, plus a biscuit and gravy, Snack: some chips and part of a sandwich on white bread, a carrot cake cupcake which was huge with a lot of icing, Dinner: chicken tenders with ranch, a couple onion rings, and this root beer milk that is locally made by Shatto dairy. ( so good!)
After eating perfectly all week this seems insane to me!

Typically, I will stick with my standard Hi Carb day, but then for one meal, if there is some specific item I really want, I'll have it. For instance, the other day, I really wanted to try a maple bacon donut. I had one, in addition to my meal, and that was it. Or, I'll have a dinner with extras... like a baked potato with lite sour cream with whatever protien we're having that night. I try to limit it to one cheat on that Sunday.
But it's important for me to realize that this is for life, and there are going to be those days when I'm not going to be "perfect". Being "perfect" makes me nuts, and leads me to go overboard when I do get an opportunity. As long as I'm not using EVERY Sunday to graze to my hearts content, then I figure I'm ahead of the game.0
