SO excited that I finally got to level 2! Man is that level killer! I have really bad wrists and it has a lot of plank work.... I might need to wear a brace to continue, but I can't wait to not want to die when I do this level. LOL

I'm right there with you -- I have carpal tunnel in both hands, so in the past I've avoided exercises that required me to put my full weight on my wrists. So level 2 wrecked me. But I can't wait for the day when I can keep up with Natalie -- it will happen !0

For those with wrist problem try positioning your hands in different ways. Make sure you spread your fingers really wide, my yoga teacher says that helps some. Also, some things could be done with your forearm down and elbows bent rather than being on your wrists. Sometimes even putting a rolled up towel in your hands helps cushion some. You don't want to cause joint damage when you are exercising. Trust me, you will pay for it at some point. More than 10 years ago I was doing a lot of swimming and ended up damaging both my rotator cuffs. They eventually healed and all seemed well until a few years ago when it came back with a vengeance. MRI shows that they are seriously degraded and there is nothing that can be done about them. Iwill always have some amount of pain and may never have full use of one of them.0

Ditto! I personally want to slap Jillian Michaels. My chest and abs feel so tight, that I can barely move. On a positive note, I see major progress. My knee is no longer giving me problems Whahoo!0
