4/14/12 - 176 *** .8 lb loss - almost a lb but also TOM so that accounts for some ... still happy w/ the progress.
4/21/12 - 175 *** 1lb loss - YAY! Reached my first weight loss goal! Pretty excited about that.
4/28/12 - 175.0 *** 0lb loss
I didn't expect a loss this week actually, I figured I might gain a little if anything. I added NROL4W back in and could definitely tell the difference since I went 2 weeks w/out working out at all. Pretty sure next week I'll be good for a drop though. Just had to get back into my old routine. I feel much better going back to the gym though. Tomorrow is run day! YAY!For today I'm going to enjoy the rest of my Spike.

Happy end of April! Hope everyone is happy with their progress! I just hit my goal of 10 lbs, but most of it was early on in the month. Next month it's time to cruise!0

My goal for April is to lose 6 pounds (2.7kg), and hopefully at least 3'' from my body measurements.
My total loss for April is 8.6 pounds.I even hit the 50 lbs lost mark today. :bigsmile: And I lost 6.75 inches! :happy: :happy: :happy:

I'm nowhere near my four pound goal for April. I was 221 on March 31 and am now 220 on April 30. I always knew the last fifteen pounds would be the most difficult, but this plateau is still discouraging.0
