Basics...but a reminder challenge!

Try to eat less refined sugar (Little Debbies, soft-drinks, baked chips..you get idea). I have read that most of our excess body fat comes not so much from excess fat in our diets (not that we want to just eat a tub of lard either) but from excess sugar in our diets. This is why the other challenge a week a go about reading ingredients listed on labels is so vital. Why those low-fat diets have a so-so success rate because the excess sugar that is put in when the fat is taken out.
Perhaps we all should watch the 60 Minute show's segment on sugar that aired last week. I have heard a lot of MFPers say it was very informative! Let me know your thoughts.
