Hi, I'm over 50 with more than 50 lbs. to lose. Embarrassed to say how much, but need support. I recently lost 44 lbs. and then gained most of it back. I want to get back on track before I gain it all back. I am very committed once I get my mind set on what I'm doing. I believe that with mfp's help I can do this again. Starting my logging of food today.

Logging has been my key to losing. Before MFP I was getting healthy but not realistic on my intake of calories. Welcome, it is okay here I promise!0
