I think I will have to try and work schedule 2 into my workouts. I may run into some schedule conflicts, but this about what I used when training for my first 200 mile ride.0

Doing a double in May, thanks for the info. Hard to squeeze that many days in with the fam & job, but it gives me a goal to shoot for, and there is always the dreaded trainer.0
