So, who's an advocate (or not) for Glucosamine and Fish Oil as regular supplements for CrossFitters? I'd love to hear some educated why's or why not's. thanks!

The data I've read on PubMed seems to say Glucosamine is great stuff, but there also seems to be a lot of responses to these studies that suggest it's no better than a placebo.0 -
Not an educated reason, but I use it. It doesn't seem to hurt anything.0

I just do the fish oils - apparently it's all you "need" (although my joints may disagree)0

I do a quality fish oil for the omega-3's, there is just too much research out there for me to disregard it, particularly in the area of brain health. Can't really say I notice a difference day to day.0
