Day Five

So, I did really well the first four days of this. I was able to get two workouts in each day (even if it was a struggle). Today, my husband went out with friends and did not tell me he was doing so until noon. I had my plan in place of doing my two workouts back-to-back during the evening. I called a couple of babysitters and they were not available (I was only needing 2 hours!). So, when I got home from work I played outside with the kids for an hour. Maybe that counts as a workout? Anyway, I got really upset at one point and almost made one of my infamous terrible decisions (the one where I decide nothing is ever going to work so I may as well eat anything I want to). Instead, I busied myself doing other things and was able to stick to my diet. I am still a bit upset with my husband, but, oh well, I got through it. I will definitely get my two workouts in tomorrow!
