Hey for fitness do something fun today. If you go to the gym do something makes ya feel like a kid like jumping like a frog...hey look funny but it is fun and works the quads or adopt a new workout routine.
At home do hop-scotch with kids (sp). Dance to music, chase your kids, play basketball or any sport. Make it fun! If it is always structured and boring you will quit! It will become dreaded.
Add new songs to your iPOD. Something that gets your mojo going!
Exercise does not always have to be boring. But you have to make the effort to make it exciting.
