    Difference: Back up .6 pounds but that's not bad considering how much I've overindulged this past week.

    Final goal: mid 170's

    Oh my gosh, its been such a crazy 2 weeks. I haven't even stepped on a scale...No gym for me. Been worried about my mom...My husband said I should be more selfish with my time. Hoping for a little encouragement. I was under the calorie limit today, and I had a beer!!!! (it's been one of those days).

    Let's do this together. I will weigh in tomorrow.

    Gained a pound last week. The result of a very long Easter weekend and to much sangria and beergarden grub. Back on track now. Have to learn to restrain myself from over-indulging when I'm out.
