Thats weird. Im in the scots and might steal your idea hahaha.

I'm actually pretty sure I'd weigh more, with my hair being wet.

very hot bath? May be working like a sauna - taking water weight off, but not 'real' weight.

I like my bath hot enough to make my skin red but cool enough to sit in

that is interesting, I thought you would weigh more as your skin/ body retains some of the water. Its mad how your weight can vary so much in a day- sometimes mine by upto 2lbs in a day. Thats why always good to have the same time of day as a weigh in time.

Air pressure in the bathroom affecting scale accuracy? Air will be hotter and more humid after a bath, making the air denser. Me? Clutching at straws & excuses, no never ;-)
  • i think its just water weight, you shouldnt weigh yourself too many times,

just do it once a week in the morning, and you will get a clear idea how much u lose or gain.

most of our body is made up of water. :p
