Ok, ya'll should know by now as I learn I want for all to learn or teach others with me! The challenge today and to apply to your life is rest when needed...this is a holiday weekend for some and they may not have time to exercise but that is okay. Rest is good for the body: muscles can rebuild and repair and the immune system can function better. The mind benefits too allowing to relax and let the 'enjoyment' hormones to be released as we 'chill-out' so no guilt because is just as important as exercise and ''getting it in'' work it into your program!
