Will i get a workout if i just frail aimlessly?

i just did day 1 (Fire 30) and i feel as if that i cant keep up (to be fair, im borrowing ths from a friend who dont have the learn/burn dvd)

so im punching kicking and i dont know if im undercuting/jabbing punch right

i was sweating like a hooker in church and the HIIT whooped me, but i felt so dumb. i hope it gets better

    lol yup I think that is how we all started....I know I did and yup you still burn a ton, maybe more as flailing around is a great core workout I am sure ;)

    the moves get easier the more you do them :)

    Definitely how everyone started! Flailing around is great, burns lots of calories! Then when you learn the moves you can up the intensity and still get great burns! Thats why I love TF!
