It's a beautiful, sunny day outside but I slept in. I ran/walked 2 miles yesterday on the treadmill (haven't run in 25 years) and did a bit of weight lifting after having done 30DS. It's been a busy week back at school too so the 10.5 hrs of sleep was much needed.

I'm beginning to suspect that some parts of my body got as small as they could and now are getting bigger. I have never had hips and prebaby they were 34.5", after babies were 34.75. I made it down to 34.75 the first week of 30DS and the other day I measured and now they are almost 35". I think my thighs are in the same boat. I carry little fat on my thighs and the little that was there seems to be gone. Also my upper back seems to be growing rather than shrinking. My upper arms seem to be about the same size but keep getting more solid. Sadly, waist and tummy seem about the same size. That is where I carry my fat. I suppose I should try putting jeans on today and see how they feel. Since I had surgery, that hasn't really been an indication of anything except how much I swell as the day goes on.

    Took a 3 day break! Spent time with my family. Although Saturday I did spend quite a bit of time helping haul firewood. Did day 18 this evening. Will be switching to ChaLEAN Extreme as soon as it comes in. Will fill in with 30DS on my off days.

    Skipped 30ds for a break day and ended up getting this nasty bug tye next day which put me two days behind. So, I will be doing day 18 after I ship these kids off to school.
