INGREDIANTS
1 LARAGE ONION
2 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1kg CHICKEN BREAST
1 TBSP GINGER PASTE
1 TBSP GARLIC PASTE
8 TBSP NATRUAL LOW FAT YOGURT
1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK ( i mix maggi chicken stock powder with 1 cup boiled water )
1 cup mixed frozen vegtables( i use mixed peas,carrotts,sweeetcorn n greenbeans)
2 MEDIUM POTATO'S
2 CUBED FRESH TOMATOS
1/2 CUP FRESH CORRIANDER
GARAM MASALA
SPICES
1 TBSP GROUND CORRIANDER
1 TBSP TUMERIC
1 TBSP GROUND CUMIN
1 TBSP MILD CURRY POWDER
1/2 TSP CHILLI POWDER FOR MILDER CURRY
1 TSP WHITE SALT
1 TBSP SUGAR ( you dont have to add sugar if u wanna avoid it i do as likemy currys a lil bit sweet)
1 CINIMMON STICK
4 CARDOMON PODS
STEP 1
IN LARGE CASSAROLE ADD OLIVE OIL ENOUGH TO COOK THE CHOPPED ONIONS N ADD THE CARDOMON PODS N CINIMON STICK
2- ADD GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE ALL DRY SPICES AND THE YOGURT MIXING WELL
3 - ADD THE CHICKEN STOCK 1 CUP
4- ADD CHICKEN AND POTATO'S KEEP LOW HEAT UNTILL COOKED (add mixed veg if using )
5- ADD FRESH TOMATOS,CORRIANDER ,SOME GARAM MASALA (AND IF U WANT A VERY HOT CURRY U CAN ADD SOME FRESH CHILLI AT THIS POINT)
...DONT MIX LEAVE TO STEAM FOR 5-10 MINS UNTILL TOMATOS ARE SOFT
THE MIX TOGETHER N SERVE
AND U CAN USE LENTILS N CHICKPEAS |(TINNED INSTED OF THE CHICKEN TO MAKE A lentil curry

This sounds soooooo good. I'm definitely going to try it. AND thank you for opening this group. I will be adding some Palestinian food recipe soon InshAllah.
One suggestion...can you open a subject for each food category...I mean Meat/Chicken/Veggie/Desserts..This way we can find the recipes faster
