What would you make to go with an Easter ham?

We're going to a family's house tomorrow for Easter lunch/dinner and they are having ham with cold salads (potato, chicken, tuna, and cold pasta salad). I do believe they're having a garden salad, too. But, what would you make to go with the ham?
