Ok I read in one of the other threads over here a quick recipe for chocolate cake and I am thankful to the person who originally posted it. I have changed it a bit and here it goes.

    Ingredients:

    1: Egg
    2: Cocoa powder
    3: Baking powder
4: Cinnamon powder ( you can use artificial sweeteners if you want but I don't like them so do not use them)
5: semi skimmed milk (one teaspoon)

So you take a Teaspoon of cocoa powder and add a teaspoon of semi skimmed or skimmed milk in it and add cinnamon (here you can add artificial sweetener if you like). mix it well. Then take an egg, break it and add it to the mix. Now whisk it well. Add a teaspoon of baking powder and mix it thoroughly so that there are no solid bits in it. Now divide the mixture into two halves by pouring it into two mugs. Now gently tap the cups on hard surface so that all air bubbles come to the surface.
Now put one cup in the microwave oven and cook it at 750Wh for 40 seconds. The cake should rise up to the half of cup. Now do the same with the other mug. Now remove the two pieces of cake and put them on top of each other. In order to make it a bit exciting you can add almonds and a bit of honey in the middle (but that will add calories). I would just have it as it is. Two pieces together are only 92 calories and it is yummy.

    Enjoy.
