Hi I'm new to group. Have been on mfp since Oct and it has been helpful for me. I have only used app on phone didn't realize there were groups. Lol. I normally walk Mon, Tues, wed and Fri with a couple if friends. If not I walk on treadmill. Thought it would b nice to join a group. Maybe I could add u as friends. It's nice to have encouragement when ur trying to loose weight and get into shape. So how often to all of you walk?
