Time to add up those exercise minutes and any ounces you lost from April 1st through today! It's our first Challenge Update.
And if you missed posting your Challenge goals for April, now's the time to do it. Just decide how many minutes of exercise you want to accomplish and how many pounds you want to lose for April as well as how much you have accomplished from April 1st through today, April 9th.

I would like to lose 5 lbs but i have been stuck since Jan. Up and down the same 2 or 3 lbs. I didn't do well on exercise I was sick for a week so no exercise for me!0

Ok, sorry Lenore...but that gain was all water weight. I've maintained so far...I'm back at 212.4..so will you put me at a big fat zero for weight gain/loss?

Yeah..but I've been hitting the Easter candy something fierce lately. It's a cruel world when we have all this holiday candy around AND my cycle hits...ugh!0
